       I’m a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to swinging around the pole without as many appendages as possible anchored to a stable surface… so the overall effect is that of a toddler clinging desperately to the leg of a much loved parent. But it is quite fun, I must say, and bloody good for the abs and the old Warwick Farms
