It’s a carnival!

Holy bejesus, it’s carnival time already. But not just any old carnival, it’s the Twenty-Seventh Down Under Feminists Carnival, hosted by the wonderful Deborah at In a strange land. (Linktastic!)

The carnival is a collection of the best posts from the antipodean feminist blogosphere, so it’s a great opportunity to discover some new blogs, or comment on posts you may have missed. There are posts on the federal election, on the proposed abortion law reform in New Zealand, on what pregnancy actually feels like, on the Gruen Transfer, on police officers and victim blaming, on women in comics, on having straight male friends, and more! More!

And, if you’re newish here, a big hello and please, check out yesterday’s post and tell us a little about yourself.

Go on, you know you have something to say...
